Waiongona Park is fifteen minutes from New Plymouth; adjacent to the coast and bordered by a river and farmland. The club has excellent shelter belts (making it private) and is thoughtfully landscaped around a well appointed clubhouse with barbecue area, caravan park, swimming pool, volleyball court, swings, trampoline and children's play area.
The clubhouse lounge is roomy with a log fire and kitchen facilities for members and visitors to use complete with oven and fridge, crockery etc. Disabled visitor access. Congenial outdoor barbecue area
Hire or use your own caravan or tent. No electric power at the grounds, campers are required to cook on gas. The clubhouse has a 12 volt lighting system installed. Caravans are available for hire.
